Thank you for giving me my life back! Katy is awesome. Her ability to listen and assess your body to figure out a rehabilitation program is second to none. After working with Katy, I have not only been about to rehabilitate my injury, but have gained muscle strength and flexibility. I feel more powerful and more muscle control in my surfing after working with Katy.

I came to Katy as a circus artist with a prolonged shoulder injury. She immediately identified the cause and put me on a path to being injury free. I’m a hand balancer and was unable to even put weight on my shoulder, much less raise my arm without pain. After working with Katy just three times she improved my mobility tremendously. She has helped rehabilitate my shoulder gradually with very well thought out exercise progressions. After working with many different physical therapists over the years, Katy has been the only one to truly understand what I do and how to help. She has worked with me to modify my training program while still keeping me active. I am confident that working with Katy will improve my overall awareness as an athlete and get me back to doing to what I love in no time.

Katy has been critical to my success as a gymnast.  Her attention to detail and understanding of both the physical and mental strains of my sport allowed me to recover from numerous injuries over the nine year that I worked with her, and enabled me to compete at a high level in Club gymnastics as well as in a Division I Collegiate program. I could not have accomplished so much without her.

As an elite athlete and National Team member, I experienced a number of injuries in my career. I worked with Katy for 7 years – and through various injuries including broken bones, strained muscles, sprained joints and concussions, Katy kept me going. We worked to heal my injuries and to keep my body in shape during the times when I could not train. She understands the mentality and demands of elite athletics and kept me performing at my best even when I injured myself a week before an international competition. I am very grateful to Katy and her incredible impact on my career and would highly recommend her to any top-level athlete.
